Directions of Use
Bath Soak: Sprinkle approx. 250g – 500g (1 cup – 2 cups) of Rejuvenate Therapy Blend into your bath water. The Himalayan Rock Salts will assist in keeping your bath water temperature at an even level. Stir your bath water 3 – 4 times and allow the water to stand for about 2 minutes, this helps the salts to dissolve before stepping into the bath. Lay back and relax for approx. 10 – 20 minutes. After soaking, wrap yourself in a large bath towel for 20 minutes to help release toxins. Remember to drink plenty of water during and afterwards to keep your body hydrated.
Foot Soak: Add approx. 250g (1 cup) of Rejuvenate Therapy Blend to approx. 5 litres of warm water, enough to cover your feet. Sit and relax for 20 minutes.
