Directions of Use
Bath Soak: Sprinkle approx. 250g – 500g (1 cup – 2 cups) of Magnesium Booster into your bath water. Dissolve the desired amount of bath salts in an average size bath in warm water. Your bath water must not exceed more than 38°C. Stir your bath water 3 – 4 times and allow the water to stand for about 2 minutes, this helps the salts to dissolve before stepping into the bath. Lay back and relax for approx. 20 minutes.
Foot Soak: Add approx. 250g (1 cup) of Magnesium Booster to approx. 5 litres of warm water, enough to cover your feet. Sit and relax for 20 minutes.
IMPORTANT: Our suggested weight and soaking times are guides only and will depend on the individual’s body and skin type. NOTE: All products mentioned are natural treatments and results may vary for each individual.
