We aim to help your customers achieve their dreams of leading a happier healthier lifestyle.

Ordering with Chimoo is quick and easy. There are no limits or minimums on product quantity; however, due to standard shipping rates, we do advise retailers and therapists to order by carton (or mix and match products to fill a carton) to help reduce your overall shipping costs. To start selling our products in your business we ask for an initial purchase of $150.00.

We offer secure prepayments, listing and promotion of your business.

  • Our trade terms are applicable to therapist and wholesale accounts.
  • In compliance with Chimoo Trading Policies, I confirm as a retailer or a therapist, I will be on-selling Chimoo products.
  • I agree that as a retailer or therapist, I will not sell Chimoo products on 3rd party websites (e.g. Amazon, eBay).
  • Discounts only apply to full priced items unless otherwise stated.
  • All prices are subject to change without notice
  • Sale items replace all discounts.
  • Special offers that appear on Zephorium’s website and social media are for retail customers only, unless otherwise stated.
  • Payments to be made in full, upon placing the order by credit or debit card via our secure online store or by bank transfer.
  • I agree my stockist account can be closed if I have not placed an order within a 12-month period. I wish to receive notification in writing or by telephone that my account will be closed, unless arrangements are made with Chimoo to reinstate my account.
  • Delivery times can vary; Chimoo can not guarantee delivery within a certain time. We aim for your item to be delivered within a week, unless the product is out of stock or the office is closed.
  • Products remain property of Chimoo until paid for in full.
