Directions of Use
Bath Soak: Sprinkle approx.125g – 250g (½ cup – 1 cup) of Super Natural Epsom Bath Salts into your bath in warm water. Lay back and relax for approx. 10 – 20 minutes. After soaking, simply wrap yourself in a towel or dressing gown for a further 20 minutes. DO NOT DRY OFF. The warmth of the towel will draw further toxins out through the skin. Remember to shower afterwards to remove any salt residue and drink plenty of water to rehydrate.
Foot Soak: Add approx.125g (½ cup) of Super Natural Epsom Bath Salts to approx. 5 litres of warm water, enough to cover your feet. Sit and relax for 20 minutes.
